The Relationship between perceived organizational justice to
employee organizations and implement effective strategies

Abstract
A company or organization to achieve its overall objectives, is required
to strategic planning. That one important output of this process, is
edition of strategies. the successful Implementation of strategies, is the
ultimate success of a company. Various research shows that most
companies in the implementation of the strategy encountered with
problem. One of the factors that may cause damage to the realization of
strategies, the concept of justice in organizations.
Strategies are the means by which companies can achieve their goals,
the strategies implemented by members of the organization more
effectively come into force, organizations in achieving their goals and
gain the top position in the fierce competitive environment, better will
act. The employee perception of pay fairness, and equality in
organizational procedures, fairness and personal behavior in the
organization and distribution of information just fairness in the
organization play an important role in the organization more effective
strategies are being implemented. The present paper, the relationship
of perceived organizational justice with effective implementation of the
strategy is. Organizational justice and implementation of strategy for
assessment questionnaire has been made by researchers. Cronbach"s
alpha for this measure of reliability, validity and factor analysis was used
to measure. The results showed that the relationship between
perceived organizational justice with effective implementation of the
strategy is significant. The dimensions of justice, procedural justice, the
correlation is stronger than the other three and four dimensions of
organizational justice are correlated with each other.
